Mediation sessions are flexible as to start and finish times whatever fits the parties the best. The standard times are listed above but can be changed to meet the parties’ particular needs.

All mediations (½ day and full-day sessions) will be billed at $125.00 per hour after the allotted time limit and is at the discretion of the parties as to what amount of additional time is needed.

Therefore, any mediation scheduled for a ½ day is actually 5 hours. When the 5 hours end only at that time will the participants need to inquire about the additional hourly fee that could be waived or not depending on the productivity of the mediation.

Therefore, any mediation scheduled for a full day is actually 9 hours. When the 9 hours are ended only at that time will the participants need to inquire about the additional hourly fee that could be waived or not depending on the productivity of the mediation.
