The combination of Bill’s educational background and work experience has given Bill a unique perspective and understanding of how everyday and complicated individuals think and work in solving problems.
Bill’s education includes a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, a Master’s in science in counseling, and a Doctoral degree in Jurisprudence. Bill’s work experience includes his early days working as a home deliverer of newspapers, “The Province” and “The Sun” and collecting the monthly fees for the home delivery from his customers, working in an ice cream store, providing cleaning services in skyscrapers in downtown Dallas, owning his own construction contracting business, focusing on restoring properties after storm damage inside and outside of residential homes to commercial buildings. Bill built his contracting business having at one time 50 contract workers working with him. Bill Served as a counselor for the Special Education Departments in Wise County’s Independent School Districts in Texas, working with over 100 different families for 9 school calendars.
Bill has been conducting Mediations since 2006. He was appointed to hundreds of cases from a prior sitting Judge from a Harris County Civil Court at Law Bench. With a strong background in Counseling, and a Law Degree, coupled with Bill’s life experiences certainly have turned into the perfect fit to help resolve disputes.
